Bay Wood Products, Inc. is a well-established, safety-minded wooden pallet manufacturer seeking hard-working individuals that can lift 75 pounds and are willing to learn new skills in a fast-paced work environment. Our company has experienced rapid growth over the past 23 years. We provide promotion opportunities for those that are looking for a long-term career with the company. This position will be temp-to-hire with plant hours to include Monday through Friday beginning at 6 AM with occasional mandatory Saturdays. Bay Wood offers 40 hours a week with possible overtime and the ability, if hired on permanently, to reap the rewards of a very good benefits package that includes: Blue Cross/Blue Shield medical and dental insurance, vision, life and disability insurance, employer matching 401k retirement plan, and paid time off benefits (holidays, personal days and vacation days).
